ART MINUTE
Episode
Siobhan McLaughlin Art Minute 38
A non-traditional landscape artist, Siobhan McLaughlin's approach to art is about understanding the landscape and how it reflects on Art - it is also very accessible and this surely accounts for her broad success in recent years, as an artist and curator. She was awarded the inaugural SSA Wilhelmina Barns-Graham Award at the RSA in 2019, commissioned to produce a film by the Tate's British Art Network and was the recipient of a From One to Another Cornwall Exchange Residency.
CORRECTION: the 6m painting is called Glen Muick, rather than just Glen :)
